Job Description: You will be responsible for assisting the Finance Staff. Responsibilities will include timesheet data entry and verification, word processing and spread sheet preparation, processing invoices and billings, managing correspondence, problem solving.

You will have a minimum of three years related accounting and/or payroll experience in a computerized environment and a certificate or diploma in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, with a typing speed of 45 w.p.m. and proven computer skills. Good grammar, cognitive and interpersonal skills will also be required.
Additional Information: Applicants will be tested in order to assess the required knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the position.

The successful candidate must obtain and maintain an enhanced security clearance, which includes a polygraph test.
