Fitness Instructors - Winter 2010 Municipality: City of Surrey This posting closed on February 23, 2010 at 4:30 PM Department: Parks, Recreation & Culture Job Description: GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTORS - Winter 2010 (Auxiliary – weekdays, weekends, evening shifts) The City of Surrey’s Parks, Recreation and Culture Department currently requires energetic, self motivated, team players to join us as auxiliary fitness instructors. Our classes provide an excellent all-around workout in a relaxed atmosphere. This opportunity requires upbeat and responsible individuals to lead classes. You will be working with people of various age groups. Candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills. We are currently looking for BCRPA Group Fitness instructors that are able to teach: • Pilates • Bootcamp • Osteo-Fit and/or Joint-Works • Indoor Cycling Successful candidates will be a BCRPA Registered Fitness Instructor with a current CPR and First Aid Certificate. Additional training or certification in 3rd age, Osteofit, Yoga or pre and post natal is an asset. We are looking for individuals with the ability to motivate others to help achieve their health goals.
