Winter 2010 The City of Surrey???s Parks Recreation and Culture Department is currently recruiting for part time recreation Program Instructors to lead a diverse offering of life-long learning and recreation programs for children, youth, teens and adults. The City is looking for candidates who are able to teach various dance types (Line Dancing, Belly Dance, Latin, Ballet, Hip Hop, Bhangra, Creative etc.). Qualifications include 2 years experience as an Instructor, current Standard First Aid and CPR certification. High Five Certification is an asset for working with children 6-12 years. Candidates interested in this instructor opportunity must possess excellent leadership, organizational and customer service skills and also have a creative and energetic teaching style with a fun outlook on dance.
