Job Description: We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self motivated individual with proven skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment to compliment our Human Resources team. This role involves full-cycle recruitment in a diverse unionized environment.

Duties: Specific responsibilities will include:

??? Providing full-cycle recruitment services (Union and Exempt positions). This will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and selecting qualified candidates in a timely fashion and in accordance with applicable Collective Agreement language, and recruitment practices.
??? Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to acquire top talent, aligning with the City's ongoing growth and development.
??? Partnering with managers and providing advice and guidance on staffing matters, resource planning, and sourcing strategies.
??? Partnering with other HR team members to ensure a consistent flow of HR services to stake holders.
??? Developing, maintaining and communicating recruitment statistics.
??? Ensuring corporate recruitment processes are aligned.
Educational Requirements: You will have completed or are currently working towards a Human Resources Management degree or diploma from a recognized educational institution. A CHRP designation would be an asset. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Skill Requirements: You bring 3 to 5 years of direct recruitment experience and can demonstrate a track record of excellence in communication and problem solving, in a range of Human Resources accountabilities, preferably in a unionized environment.
Salary: Depends on experience.
