Deliver the property acquisition needs for all new civic infrastructure requirements including the annual Engineering Capital Works Program, the Parks Acquisition program, the Lowland Drainage project and many more public sector related acquisition projects. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading and coordinating the activities of the Realty Division. You will apply your expertise by representing the City???s Realty interests at Council meetings and inter-departmental committees on related issues, as well as by liaising on an ongoing basis with other City Departments, senior levels of government, utility companies, developers, consultants and the community. You must have a university degree or a two year professional diploma with at least one major in a real estate discipline. With 10 to 15 years??? related experience and well developed administrative, interpersonal and communication skills, you should be capable of providing technical expertise and leadership in the rapid-paced, multi-task environment.
