You are creative, results oriented and visionary with the ability to encourage others through leadership and influence rather than authority, and are experienced in area planning, development approval processes, staff leadership and change management. You have excellent communication skills, both orally and written, demonstrate political sensitivity and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You have a degree in planning or a related field from a recognized university, with at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and are a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
