In this challenging role, you will be responsible for the effective management and operation of a multi faceted aquatic recreation facility including fitness and weight room supervision. Additional responsibilities consist of budget development and implementation, marketing, and programming both aquatic and community recreation programs. As the successful candidate you are a dynamic leader with experience leading and supervising a team and working with the community. This management position requires a university degree in recreation, business administration or related field, plus 5 years experience as a manager or supervisor in an aquatics and fitness recreation environment.
