Job Description: As the Project Management Assistant, you will perform highly complex project management clerical work and related support functions of considerable responsibility under limited supervision and exercise considerable independent judgment and initiative.


Duties: The successful candidate will gather and input information from a variety of sources ensuring accuracy of data. You will assemble and analyze data, create summaries and reports, as well as draft and prepare project management documentation and correspondence (including but not limited to statistical, narrative data, presentations, graphs and charts).
In addition, you must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with departmental staff and project team members while exercising good judgment in performing the duties of the position.
Educational Requirements: You will have completed Grade 12, supplemented by business and/or computer courses at a post secondary level and have a minimum of 3 years progressively responsible, related experience.
Skill Requirements: An accurate typing speed of 45wpm is a must, along with a valid BC Driver???s License.
