In this role, your attention will be focused towards operations ensuring performance, targets and service levels are met. This position is responsible for the design and operations of Information Technology, while providing in-depth technical expertise for strategic, tactical and operational initiatives, which are developed in line with the Divisional Goals. You would provide senior management with information and analysis on proposed projects and develop work plans, which meet the overall organizational needs. You will need to be an individual with strong leadership, communication and planning and organization skills. Ideally, you would have knowledge of standard RCMP computer software and systems and operating procedures. The minimum requirement for this position is a University degree or diploma as well as 10 years directly related management experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered. You must be able to obtain and maintain the relevant level of security clearance throughout employment with the Surrey RCMP.
