You possess strong leadership and directing skills and have a proven ability to lead teams through large or multiple concurrent IT projects. This is complex work that sees your perform business process analysis, design, and simulation, as well as quality assurance of projects from start to finish following standard project methodology under the direction of the project office. Your high level understanding of organizational business systems, industry requirements and technology will ensure that you keep the City of Surrey at the forefront of emerging trends and help achieve the business values and objectives. Your ability to facilitate and champion changes and communicate with relevant stakeholders at all levels will be a definite asset.
