Job Description: In this exempt position, the successful candidate will perform a variety of general clerical work, scheduling, public interaction, and reception duties. Work challenges may include: word processing, data entry, filing, calendar administration, responding to general queries, and provide information to the public and others over the telephone or at the counter.

To be considered for this role, you have completed Grade 12 supplemented by courses in word processing, office practices and PC office applications and have minimum of 3-5 years experience and training in a complex office environment. You must have an accurate typing speed of 45 wpm; and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of computer programs. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders. You are also able to balance a high work volume, with multiple priorities, in an effective manner.
