| Duties: |
Reporting to the Mayor and City Council, the Chief Administrative Officer will provide strategic leadership to senior level staff and over 110 dedicated employees. You will provide sound professional advice, policy options, and timely, responsive, effective and efficient implementation of Council’s directives, policies and programs with a maintained focus on service improvement. |

You bring a record of success in senior level positions, preferably in the public sector. You lead others with a collaborative and open style that reflects upon your ability to both engage and work successfully with a variety of stakeholder groups. You are a visionary and an innovator with a track record of demonstrating your commitment to people development and continuous organizational improvement. As well, you have consistently utilized your problem-solving skills and creativity to carry directives, policies and programs from initiation through to implementation. |
