| Job Description: |
This key management position is accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of Cultus Lake Park, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, and for the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. The Manager of Financial Services will adhere to sound policies and practices in finance, economics, and law. |

| Duties: |
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the successful candidate will be a member of the management team and will assume responsibility of the finances relating to the operation of the Cultus Lake Park and its associated businesses. Related duties include: budgeting, preparation of financial reports, managing insurance and claims, cash flow and internal control maintenance. The range of activity will require professionalism and diplomacy skills and the ability to work with staff and elected representatives from Local, Regional and First Nations Governments, as well as the development of cooperative service initiatives. |

| Educational Requirements: |
The successful candidate is to have a recognized professional accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA), and a minimum of five years’ experience in the local government sector and good working knowledge of relevant local government legislation and risk management. Experience with Vadim’s iCity software is an asset.
