| Job Description: |
Under general supervision you will investigate, analyze and specify business information systems to meet clients’ business needs. You will consider the business implications of applying information technology to clients’ business environment, and through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements, formulate and define the scope and objectives of business systems, and develop information systems requirements. You will also perform analysis, design, develop, implement, document and maintain applications for both business and technical information systems and model data and processes. |

| Duties: |
As the Application Analyst 2, you will function as a specialist within a team environment by providing information related to the area of expertise, provide advice and guidance to junior staff in a proactive manner and for limited time periods, you may be responsible for assisting in planning and organizing work assignments of junior staff. |
|
| Educational Requirements: |
Qualified applicants will have completed ONE of the following:
•A related diploma from a recognized institution plus 5 years directly related experience
•A related degree from a recognized institution plus 3 directly related experience
•Technical courses in the field plus 7 years of directly related experience
|

| Skill Requirements: |
The successful candidate will have broad technical knowledge of application system infrastructure, enterprise application configuration and integration. Prior work experience must include at least one year at the Applications Analyst 1 level or equivalent. You are a team player with a customer service focus who thrives in a dynamic fast paced environment. |
