We are looking for an energetic, customer focused Human Resource professional for the temporary position of Employment Coordinator. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources you will be responsible for high-volume, process-oriented hiring. You will be an integral member of the Human Resources team. You will work in partnership with the hiring managers to ensure quality and value throughout the hiring process. To succeed in this position, you need a commitment to service, a focus on inclusion, a team-building approach to challenging situations, and the perseverance to deliver results.
||You are a high energy, enthusiastic team player, looking to develop your skills and gain experience in the recruitment field. You are capable of thinking outside of the box and continuously look for new ways to do business. Your experience in high volume recruitment and behavioral based interview are an asset.
||Ideally you bring:
•A certificate/degree/diploma with specialization in Human Resources, or related studies
•1-2 years high-volume recruitment experience with a demonstrated record of recruiting top performers.
•Related experience working in or with large and complex organizations is considered an asset.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
