As the ideal candidate you will be able to exercise considerable judgment and initiative within established policies and guidelines. You have the ability to use discretion with sensitive and confidential issues, communication skills and be an analytical and critical thinker. Duties: Typical duties include developing research methodologies, including surveys, questionnaires and literature reviews to collect data relevant to the subject area. You would review and analyze data and information from internal and external sources and develop detailed recommendations to meet operational and program objectives. You would prepare comprehensive reports to document your analysis and findings, and deliver presentations to management and other stakeholders. Educational Requirements: Qualified applicants will have a Degree in a related discipline including courses in mathematics, statistics and/or research methodology and a minimum of three years related experience. This position requires completion of the relevant level of RCMP Security Clearance. Skill Requirements: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
