Reporting to the Director of Regional Programs, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of strategic parks planning and operations. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Parks and Recreation, Land Use Park Planning or related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience with a minimum of five (5) years of progressive management experience. This fast paced environment requires the ideal candidate to have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. In addition to these attributes, the candidate should be able to mentor staff and have a ???hands-on??? work ethic.
