| Job Description: |
The Parks, Recreation and Culture Department are currently seeking a versatile, creative and energetic individual to deliver a high quality wheelchair tennis program for the City of Surrey.
|
|
| Duties: |
You will be responsible for teaching children, youth, and young adults the fundamentals of Power Soccer through game play, movement and skill building activities. Along with a great serve, patience, and a passion for the game, you must have strong leadership, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
|
|
| Educational Requirements: |
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and have previous experience in planning and delivering soccer or sport lessons; as well as hold a valid Emergency First Aid with CPR Certificate.
|
|
| Skill Requirements: |
Experience in working with persons with disabilities is a valuable asset.
This part time position requires flexibility, as lessons will run at different times throughout the year.
