The Township of Langley is currently recruiting for a Regular Part-time Recreation Worker IV ??? Lifeguard/Instructor to join our team of professionals in the Recreation, Culture and Parks Division. The focus of this position is to provide lifeguarding functions as well as instructional duties for a variety of aquatic programs. The qualified candidate will have completion of Grade 10, preferably completion of Grade 12 and Pool Operator's and/or Lifesaving Society Instructor courses; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All qualifications must be current and provided with application to be considered for this position: ??? Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification ??? LSS NLS - Pool and Water Park Option certifications ??? Standard First Aid certification ??? CPR Level C certification ??? AED certificate (Automated External Defibrillator) ???
