||Our Human Resources division is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated professional with a unique blend of technical human resources and administrative skills to join our team.
||Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, you will perform a variety of human resources activities including assisting with recruitment, facilitating the orientation and benefits processes, coordinating the performance evaluation process, providing administrative support, creating human resources related documents, providing advice and guidance to staff and managers, liaising with Payroll and assisting with special projects.
||As the ideal candidate, you will have a certificate or diploma in Human Resources from an accredited institution along with 2-3 years of human resources experience preferably in a unionized environment.
||You will have considerable knowledge of relevant legislation and labour relations practices. You must have the ability to ensure confidentiality, to establish and maintain effective working relationships, function as a team member, work calmly under pressure and manage multiple activities to completion under tight deadlines. You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
||This position is excluded from the bargaining units and offers a wage rate commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
