Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and communications between City departments and MOTT, addressing design and construction issues related to the FVH1CIP, reviewing project plans, cost estimates, and engineering drawings, and preparing reports and correspondence for Council and senior leadership. You will also manage general correspondence and inquiries related to the project.
This role requires strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to resolve complex engineering and project-related issues. You will work closely with internal teams such as Senior Engineers, Project Engineers, Operations, and Public Engagement, and engage with external stakeholders including MOTT project managers, consulting engineers, contractors, and the public. You will also provide updates and respond to inquiries from Council.
