What you’ll Do:
•Review lists of pedestrian crossing requests and do site visits to the locations
•Analyze crash and pedestrian data
•Conduct traffic counts at pedestrian crossing locations
•Undertake railway crossing condition assessments
•Visit locations in the City to collect information and data
|

| Skill Requirements: |
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
•Currently enrolled in a Co-operative education program at a post-secondary institution and returning to school full-time in the subsequent academic year
•Basic knowledge of pedestrian and cycling best practices
•Ability to write and compile technical reports
•Experience working with the public
•Intermediate experience with MS Office
•Basic knowledge of GIS applications
•Ability to use AutoCAD or similar |

| Salary: |
This position offers an hourly wage of $20.68–$26.34 dependent on your year of study. |
